Do not drink the concentrated liquid straight; it must be diluted. Do not add Fulvic Acid directly into your mouth.
Ideally, mix Fulvic Ionic Minerals with distilled water, spring water, or clean well water. Start with 1-3 drops per day and gradually increase. You can also try adding Fulvic Ionic Minerals into your tea, favourite detox drink or smoothie.
Adults:
Dilute 5-7 drops in at least 250-500 ml (or more) of purified water or fresh juice. Do this 1-3 times per day, if your health permits.
Maintenance Dose: 3-5 drops per day.
Cleansing Dose: 12 drops or more per day.
Children:
Consult with your paediatrician first. If permitted, then: Dilute 1 drop in 250 ml (or more) of purified water or fresh juice per 15 kg of the child’s weight.
Pets:
Consult with your veterinarian first. If permitted, then:
Add one drop to your pets food or water per 13 kg of body weight.
Repeat 1 - 3 times per day.
Topical Application:
Apply at full concentration directly to the affected area.

Avoid using Fulvic Ionic Minerals with plastic containers. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your physician before using for children or if you are pregnant or lactating. Please be aware that the solution may stain clothing
